Crash Bandicoot: On the Run!, King’s much-anticipated 3D auto-runner take on the Crash Bandicoot franchise, has arrived exactly one day early on the Google Play Store.
Gameplay-wise, Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! is very close to Minions Rush, Subway Surfers, and Temple Run. You dash forwards into the screen, swiping up to jump, down to duck, left and right to change lanes, and tapping the screen to spin.
Except there’s another dimension to it. As you play you collect resources and make weapons back at your base. There’s asyncronous multiplayer, too, allowing you to take on your friends.
So far Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! looks like a well-judged endless-runner version of the original. While several users are complaining of glitches on the Google Play Store, the game is currently sitting on a 4.7 average user rating, from over 70,000 reviews. That’s solid.
To check out Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! for yourself, download it for free right now on the Google Play Store.
