The New Pokémon Snap release date has been revealed to be April 30. Alongside this exciting news arrived an all-new gameplay trailer featuring the Lental region's trainers, Pokémon, and many pleasant sights.
The original Pokémon Snap first launched all the way back in 1999 for the Nintendo 64 and has remained one of the most well-liked Pokémon spinoffs of all time. New Pokémon Snap looks to build upon the solid foundations laid by its popular predecessor, introducing fresh mechanics and one of the series' best-looking locales to date.
The sprawling Lental region is home to over 200 Pokémon and features beaches, jungles, and deserts to explore as you go about investigating the mysterious Illumina phenomenon. It's a budding Pokémon photographer's dream, and the fact that it'll be here in a mere few months comes as very welcome news indeed.
